Let talk about some windows utility, so with this vision i came today with a great software called as "Resource Hacker". Actually this software that is mostly used by windows users is used to edit windows files like .dll or .exe etc
Some of the windows users also used this software for changing the windows look and windows customization like editing dialogue boxes.
